Whale Magic in Moorea Retreat

2025 Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival day in Mo’orea, French Polynesia

• 10:00 am: Arrive at the Cook’s Bay Hotel & Suites and check into your room.
• 2:00 pm: Snorkel practice
• 4:00 pm: Welcome gathering and intention-setting ceremony.
• 6:30 pm: Dinner as a group at hotel restaurant. (Dinner not included in price.)

Day 2: Meet the Whales!

• Breakfast on your own. (Included)
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for our first day with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 5:00 pm: Meditation
• Dinner as a group at a local restaurant. (Dinner not included in price.)

Day 3: Day with the Whales

• Breakfast on your own.
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for more time with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 5:00 pm: Meditation
• Dinner as a group at a local restaurant. (Dinner not included in price.)

Day 4: Whales and Ancient Temples

• Breakfast on your own.
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for more time with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 2:30 pm: Depart for the center of the island and the ancient temples.
• 5:30 pm: Return to the hotel.
• Dinner as a group at a local restaurant. (Dinner not included in price.)

Day 5: Whales and Polynesian Culture

• Breakfast on your own.
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for more time with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 8:00 pm: Depart for Polynesian cultural dance show.
• 11:00 pm: Return to hotel.

Day 6: Day with the Whales

• Breakfast on your own.
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for more time with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 5:00 pm: Group Whale energy healing session.
• Dinner as a group at a local restaurant. (Dinner not included in price.)

Day 7: Final Day with the Whales

• Breakfast on your own and pack your bags to depart after the boat.
• 7:45 am: Gather at the end of the dock.
• 8:00 am: Board the boat for more time with the whales.
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
• 4:00 pm: Whale Speak session.
• 6:15 pm: Depart for farewell dinner (included in retreat package).

Day 8: Departure Day

• Breakfast on your own.
• 11:00 am: Check out of the hotel and begin your travels home, filled with memories of your time with the whales.
