How To Use the Oils
Remember these are full strength now so you must be careful and tilt the bottle of oil quickly, otherwise you will get too much. Also please review the instructions on replacing the dropper top to a smaller size. There is a short video to watch to make sure you’re doing it with grace and ease.
When you are ready to use the oils, place a few drops of the blend in the palm of your hand and rub both palms together “stirring” the oils. Place your hands in the prayer position and bring up to your face. Open your palms, covering your nose and inhale deeply. Before exhaling, pull hands away and close back into the prayer position.
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 times.
Now you are ready to begin your meditation or take a moment to declare your intentions / affirmations.
