If you haven’t been able to get your Higher Self connection going – and have tried some of the usual methods, especially the one in the Beyond the Flower of Life book – this instruction includes a follow-up meditation where everyone who initially didn’t get it (came up “empty”) was successful. This is the awesome “alternate” way that I’ve created to assist those who needed a little extra help to “get the connection.” Stay tuned to the whole meditation to catch this.

Here’s your chance to “attend” 90 minutes from a live workshop!

Phase 1: This is your practice period. It lasts for 45 days. Our discussion takes you through what that practice is like. It includes your making a contract with your Higher Self, to PRACTICE!

Phase 2: After you have concluded your 45-day practice time, you may begin your open-ended questions. You are still in a playful mode, but your questions may request more than yes/no answers.

Phase 3: This comes after a period of time where you notice that you are so comfortable with this information you DECIDE with your free will to make the commitment to ALWAYS follow your Higher Self.
