Phase 1: This is your practice period. It lasts for 45 days. Our discussion takes you through what that practice is like. It includes your making a contract with your Higher Self, to PRACTICE!
Phase 2: After you have concluded your 45-day practice time, you may begin your open-ended questions. You are still in a playful mode, but your questions may request more than yes/no answers.
Phase 3: This comes after a period of time where you notice that you are so comfortable with this information you DECIDE with your free will to make the commitment to ALWAYS follow your Higher Self.
