If St. Germain Mystery School is notified 48 hours prior to the start time of a scheduled workshop/seminar in the continental USA that you are unable to attend the purchased seminar, due to any reason, your seminar purchase will be cheerfully refunded. No refunds after that. This includes the Ascension Institute.

A full refund will also be provided for purchases of St. Germain Mystery School products and goods (excluding Digital Products and Downloads – see below) if we are notified within 30 days of purchase, provided the products or goods are returned in new condition. Refunds for third party products, goods and services purchased through St. Germain Mystery School (i.e. certain CDs, oils and sprays) will be determined by the third party’s refund policy. Any Sacred Journey purchases including those made through a third party provider (i.e. tours and travel) will be covered under the Journey Cancellations schedule (below). On major trips such as tours and seminars outside the continental USA, a non-refundable portion will be charged determined by when the cancellation occurs within certain published parameters (deadlines).

Digital Products and Downloads:

St. Germain Mystery School does not offer refunds on digital products (i.e. MP3 downloads). If you have any problems with your download or the MP3 file, we will gladly replace it free of charge. For help with questions or problems with any digital product, please contact us.

Sacred Journey or Ascension Institute Cancellations:

Part of your deposit or registration fee may be refundable if you must cancel. Considerable administrative work is initiated when you register, including air and travel bookings, lodging space, and communication, planning and coordination with our tour company. We must also pay reservation forfeiture fees. The amount of your refund will be based on the date we receive notice of your cancellation.

• If canceled more than 120 days prior to the departure date, 90% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
• If canceled within 120 to 91 days prior to departure date, 80% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
• If canceled within 90 to 66 days prior to departure date, 70% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
• If canceled within 65 to 31 days prior to departure date, 50% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
• If canceled within 30 days or less prior to departure date, no refund

Non-refundable deposits are excluded.

Workshop Cancellations:

If you need to cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop you get a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop start time the fee will not be refunded; however, you may pay a $75 transfer fee and use it for another of the same class. This policy does not apply to any of our Sacred Journeys group tours including: Fourteen Magic Days in Egypt, Dolphin Swim in Hawaii, Mary Magdalene in France, Peru Journey and Tibet Journey.
