This session is to clear energies like entities, contracts, karmic ties, lost souls etc.

Each session is different. You don’t need to do anything other than show up.

You would need a quiet, comfortable place to lie down for a period of about 60 – 90 mins for the session. Sessions take varying amounts of time depending on what comes up.
