From the moment of birth, we begin to form connections with other people. These connections take the form of energy cords that attach us to each other. The main cords connect us to family, friends, co-workers, etc. Most of the time those connections are beneficial for us and those we are connected to. However, there are times when connections are no longer in our highest and best good. Those connections should be severed.

I work with each client to identify and sever the cords that the client is interested in eliminating. This work is done in sacred space whether it is in person or virtual.
